We operate mainly in the United Kingdom and Middle East (Lebanon, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, Syria, Yemen and Cyprus). We also ship to Australia. If your country isn’t mentioned,  you can request a shipping quote by emailing an email to [email protected]

We do not have any offline shops. We manufacture Koala products and ship directly to customers. We do however have stock areas in the countries where we sell.

Yes. We have a 100% customer satisfaction money back guarantee refund or exchange policy. If you are not 100% satisfied with your product for any reason, you can request a refund within 15 days after receiving your shipment. For more details please check the shipping and returns sections.

We do not offer any big discounts. Our products are priced competitively and with high value for money all over the year. To be able to offer high discounts we would need to price our products a lot higher which is not within our brand vision. When we offer discounts, on specific rare occasions, there value is very low; our customers never experience the “missing discount” buyer remorse.

If your item hasn’t shipped yet, you can email us to [email protected] and we will cancel your order. If your item has shipped or is at your door, you will be charged the shipping fee if the order is by cash on delivery, or you will be refunded fully minus the shipping fee if the order is made online.
